Ordering Timeline:
In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized items & made-to-order items require additional production time; expect 1-2 weeks for your items to be shipped (often sooner). Wholesale orders will take 2-4 weeks to complete (depends on the project), email us to check your order status.

Do you accept express/rush orders?:
We are unable to fulfill express orders for personalized or made-to-order items. We need at least 2 weeks of production time (most of the time we can have it done sooner) to create a customized order.
For time-sensitive orders, please submit your order at least 3 weeks before your gift giving event and mention the date of your event on the calendar provided during checkout.

CARE of Your INdollGENCES:
Handle INdollGENCES with care! Because it is a hand-crafted product, it is not as durable as other machine-made items. Keep them away from any liquids, sharp objects or direct sunlight. The product is NOT washable. Softly pinch with clean fingertips to remove any spots. When exposed to warm air or rubbed against rough material (i.e. hanging a mini doll from your bag ) the yarn or wool may stray. Use a small-tip scissor to fix it and brush softly with the palm of your hand.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the U.S.)
E-mail us your order directly to irma@giftsdefine.com. We will immediately arrange an invoice for you to pay via Paypal. Orders will be carefully packaged & shipped by Regular USPS Global. Please expect an additional $10.00 (unless otherwise noted) to the domestic rate above for any international postage.

EXCHANGE POLICY (No return/refund):
Our artisans hand-crafted each of your personalized order thoughtfully and carefully. Because of the nature of our handmade creations, we do not accept returns; so please order your item carefully!

We can ONLY accept request for exchange due to damage (shipping defects) or company mistakes (which never happens so far). Exchanges must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt in its original packaging. Email info@giftsdefine.com to notify us of your exchange request with your order number.
